Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, ducting, and exhaust systems.
• Monitor and maintain temperature and humidity for laboratories and growth rooms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service logs.
• Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out timely repairs.
• Replace air filters, belts, and other consumables as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and safety standards.
• Assist in calibration of climate-controlled chambers.
• Coordinate with the electrical team for system integration.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read HVAC layout drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with laboratory / cleanroom HVAC systems preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15000-25000 per month (Based on experience)
