HVAC Technician – Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Setup

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Install ducts, vents, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV units.
• Check proper refrigerant levels and ensure correct airflow.

Maintenance & Service

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Clean coils, filters, blowers, ducts, and condenser units.
• Test system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

Repair & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose problems in compressors, motors, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.
• Repair or replace faulty parts such as belts, valves, pumps, motors, and fans.
• Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak testing, and recovery as per safety standards.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
• Follow checklists during routine inspections.
• Report major issues to supervisors or management.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow HVAC safety standards and company policies.
• Ensure proper use of PPE during maintenance.
• Comply with energy-saving and environmental regulations.

Customer/Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and vendors for maintenance or repair schedules.
• Explain issues and recommended solutions clearly.

Additional Skills

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and control panels.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
