Job Overview – HVAC Store cum Office Incharge
The HVAC Store cum Office Incharge is responsible for managing the inventory of materials, tools, consumables, and equipment required for HVAC project execution and service operations. This role ensures smooth store operations through proper stock handling, documentation, issuance processes, and system updates. The position also supports branch office administration activities including documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking. The role requires accuracy, timely follow-ups, and coordination with technicians, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Update inventory registers, material receipt notes (MRN), and issue slips daily.Raise purchase requests timely and follow up with vendors and purchase team.Ensure store materials are well organized, labelled properly, and stored safely.Maintain tools tracking register, tool maintenance schedule, and issuance record.Prepare proper delivery challans and ensure accurate dispatch of materials to project/site.Provide materials and tools efficiently to technicians and maintain usage records.Manage incoming/outgoing documents, courier handling, banking/office work as assigned.Maintain servicing data, challan payments, and compliance documentation for service bikes.Submit daily/weekly inventory reports, material consumption summary, and pending procurement reports to management.
