HVAC Technician

We are looking for experienced HVAC technician to handle the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems such as AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ducting, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure optimum system performance.
• Diagnose technical issues in HVAC equipment and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor and operate central AC plants and related equipment (for operators).
• Check temperature and pressure readings, refrigerant levels, and overall system performance.
• Clean filters, coils, ducts, and replace necessary components when required.
• Identify faulty parts and coordinate for repair/replacement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment guidelines.
• Maintain job logs, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, and other maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in same field is required.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and HVAC blueprints.
• Understanding of refrigeration cycle, electrical controls, and system troubleshooting.
• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant certification (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to work in mechanical rooms, heights, or confined spaces if required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
