About the Position: We're seeking a Full-Time HVAC Residential Technician to join our expanding team in Jacksonville and surrounding cities. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential HVAC.

About the Position: We're seeking a Full-Time HVAC Residential Technician to join our expanding team in Jacksonville and surrounding cities. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential HVAC.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay based on experience; top earners make between $25 and $30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, install, and repair HVAC systems for residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Complete HVAC jobs promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service.
- Work independently and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and inform customers of any delays.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
- Valid social security number.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- EPA Certification required; OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required).
Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and on ladders.
