Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to handle the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems . The role requires independent handling of planned preventive maintenance and ad-hoc site requirements without outsourced support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of main chiller plants
• Handling HVAC plant room systems
• Operation of secondary chilled water circulation pumps
• Maintenance of split ACs, packaged ACs, and refrigeration systems
• Attending HVAC breakdowns and site issues independently

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience with chiller plants and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently on-site
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practice

Working hours: 9 hours/day | 6 days/week
