HVAC Technician

Growing commercial / industrial, union HVAC company looking for seasoned technicians with excellent work ethic. Requirements to be considered for this position are:

• Required Class 1 Journeyman 1 License
• Required 5-10 years commercial HVAC experience, specifically in commercial/industrial buildings
• Availability for 40 hour work week with occassional overtime
• Year round 40 hour work week

Included in your package is:

• Company Truck
• Rate of pay is $54.34 an hour
• H/W contribution per hour $35.01
• Union provides medical, dental, vision plan, annuity and pension.

Ideal candidate is experienced with large tonnage chillers, air cooled and water cooled. Candidate must be licensed in RI and have a universal CFC recovery certificate. Technicians are required to do on-call service, our current rotation is approximately once every three months. The pay for on-call is 10 hours pay per week plus time spent on the jobs at published hourly rate.
