HVAC Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients. Responsibilities: - Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems - Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues - Repair or replace defective components - Perform routine cleaning and filter replacements - Conduct performance tests to ensure optimal system functionality - Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects - Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficient in brazing techniques for HVAC systems - Valid driver's license for van driving purposes - Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed - Experience as a service technician in the air conditioning industry preferred - Familiarity with HVAC system design principles - Understanding of property maintenance procedures - Excellent problem-solving skills for field service calls .
