HVAC Technician

Stevens Realty, LLC is a well-established property management company with over 2,500 properties across Tennessee and Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Lawton, OK.

Job Description:
As our HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our residential rental properties.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues efficiently and professionally
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Install HVAC systems in accordance with local code and manufacturer specifications
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Communicate clearly with property management and tenants

Qualifications:

• Proven HVAC experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have own tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently or with a team
