HVAC Technician

Job Overview
The Aurians (Bay Master's HVAC Division) is seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to perform service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot light commercial package units, split systems, and heat pumps
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
• Complete service tickets and notes accurately
• Maintain clean and professional work practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential and light commercial systems
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills
• Able to work independently
