Requirement – HVAC Technician – Who knows Trouble shooting & Repair of HVAC Machines.

Salary Structure – Basic – 1500 QAR, Food – 400,Mobile Allowance - 100 QAR Total – 2,000 QAR .

Company Responsibility - Over Time as per basic salary, QID, Work visa, in 2 years up & down tickets, Medical, Transportation and Accommodation.

Employee Responsibility - Only Food cooking and Purchasing Stuff.

Experience Required - At least 8 years to 12 years (Gulf Experience is preferred).

Site locations - Workshop Jobs, On site & Off-site Job.

Work Timings – 8am to 6pm (1 Hour Lunch timing), Over time Applicable, if required.

Job Description

Brands - York, Carrier, Blue Star,SKM,Daikin,Samsung,Mitshubishi. - Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC Machines like AHU, FCU, Chilled Water Pumps, CRAC Unit, VRF Units, Package Unit used in commercial and industrial settings.

· Troubleshoot electrical faults, identify issues, and rectify wiring errors promptly.

· Perform continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and functional tests to validate proper panel operation.

· Conduct routine inspections of MCCs and control panels, clean components, tighten connections and replace worn-out parts as needed.

· Respond to service calls and resolve control-related issues promptly.

· Ability to read and understand manuals, diagrams and blueprints.

HVAC Technician Role

A HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems and other related equipment. They diagnose problems, inspect and test systems, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure that equipment is running efficiently and safely.

HVAC Technician Duties

· Inspect and Repair HVAC Machines and associated systems with solving the Error codes.

· Diagnose faults, and repair or replace parts as necessary

· Carry out periodic maintenance and servicing

· Install HVAC Machines and associated systems

· Check and adjust system temperatures and pressures

· Prepare reports and log maintenance activities

HVAC Technician Requirements

· A recognized qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning

· Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices

· Good problem-solving abilities

· Ability to interpret technical drawings

· Ability to work unsupervised

· Installing and maintaining chillers

· Troubleshooting and repairing chillers

· Carrying out regular inspections and maintenance

· Identifying faulty components and replacing them

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems

· Knowledge of relevant safety procedures

Expectations from the candidate - Candidate should know the details which I mentioned here, and the age should not be above 40 Years ,He should work with us with our GOAL ,He will get Overtime after working hours ,he must be flexible to work at any time ,he should join with us as a family member ,he should not breach the company protocols ,he should not do politics in the company .
