Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling units using various tools such as an multimeter.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Follow safety protocols while working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment repair techniques related to air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration.
• Ability to work with various tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Certification or relevant training in HVAC/R.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
