HVAC Technician

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in operation and maintenance of facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
