HVAC Technician

Livingston Parish Public Schools Maintenance Department is taking applications for the position of a Journeyman HVAC Technician at the Central Office. The qualifications are: High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Requirements include a minimum of five (5) years of HVAC experience, current EPA certification, repairment knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, commercial units, window units and gas heating preferred. Must have a valid LA driver’s license and a clean driving record, willingness to work callouts, weekends and holidays. Preferred experience in commercial and educational facilities. Starting salary for this position is $34,316.00 annually plus benefits.
