HVAC Technician

CallowaySons A/CHeating, a respected family-owned company serving New Orleans and the Northshore communities, is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician.

The HVAC Technician position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. Some weekend work and overtime may be required. The service area covers the New Orleans metro and Northshore communities, allowing you to return home each night.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

In this HVAC Technician role, you will be responsible for performing HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups for residential clients. You will inspect heating and cooling systems to identify potential issues, clean coils, drains, and other critical components, and ensure optimal system performance. The position also requires you to educate homeowners about their HVAC systems and document all services performed. Professional customer service is central to this role, as you represent CallowaySons A/CHeating in the community. Each day, you will contribute to the safety and comfort of homeowners while upholding the company's commitment to quality and integrity.

DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
• 1+ year(s) of HVAC experience (preferred)
• EPA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
