HVAC Technician

Cold Snap Air Conditioning, LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our family-owned and veteran-owned company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and sales ability.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Install new HVAC equipment, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, inspecting components, and servicing units.
• Sell HVAC units to customers, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical information clearly and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid universal EPA 608 certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record.
