HVAC Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems and related equipment across various property types. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety standards are met. Duties

HVAC Technicians perform field duties associated with installing, maintaining and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for multifamily commercial customers.

Wire and install air handlers, condensers, mount thermostats, repair electrical components, including fan motors, both original and generic, replace contactors, transformers, relays, capacitors, hard starts, weld, clean coils, install UV lights and drain switches, recover and pump down systems, replace Schrader valves, clear drains with dry nitrogen, and more!

Requirements:

Multi-Family experience preferred "Apartment Complex, Condominium and Hotels"

Minimum of 3 Years of HVAC/EPA experience required.

EPA Certification a must

Valid driver’s license and acceptable with excellent driving record

Travel throughout the State of Florida is mandatory

On Call or Emergency Flexibility

Duties include but not limited to:

Perform on site repairs and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inspections and site surveys installation of HVAC equipment.

Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills

Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community. Apartment maintenance experience preferred

Must be able to work effectively efficiently independently and provide excellent quality work must work in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.

Self-motivated to complete task within time constraints

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
