HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems while ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical HVAC issues and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
• Supervise and mentor apprentice or journeyman technicians as needed
• Complete service reports, invoices, and documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system operation, repairs, and maintenance options
• Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, controls, and diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
