HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The technician will ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely according to project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including split units, package units, FCU, AHU, ducting, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Read and understand technical drawings and HVAC layouts.
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging and leak testing.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site staff.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in HVAC or Mechanical field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC maintenance or installation experience.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and testing instruments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month

Experience:

• HVAC Technician: 2 years (Preferred)

• English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic (Preferred)
