HVAC Technician

Fresh Air Concepts is a growing residential and light commercial HVAC company serving the greater Baltimore–DC metro area. We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated service technician to join our field team — someone who takes pride in clean installs, clear communication with customers, and getting the job done right the first time.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units)
• Perform seasonal tune-ups, filter changes, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance visits
• Install replacement equipment and assist with new system installs as needed
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and business clients about findings, options, and pricing
• Complete service documentation and job photos in our field service app (ServiceTitan)
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tool inventory

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required; commercial a plus)
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily route, and prioritize call-backs
• Strong diagnostic skills across major equipment brands (Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, etc.)
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops

Nice to have

• NATE certification (any specialty)
• Experience with mini-splits / multi-zone systems
• Familiarity with smart thermostats and connected home systems
