HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems in client homes
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including error codes
Communicate technical information clearly to customers in an understandable manner
Participate in an on call rotation as required, with coverage ending at 8pm.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction
Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture

Qualifications

Understanding of the operation of various residential HVAC systems
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor
Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Must be able to pass a Background, Driving, & Drug Screening

Compensation

$38,000$70,000 per year, depending on experience, with uncapped incentives and spiffs.
