HVAC Technician AC

HVAC TECHNICIAN Carry out the service and maintenance of the various types of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment under the AIFA SERVICES contracts. Execute installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as and when required. Knowledge in periodic and breakdown maintenance is required. Extensive hands on experience in coil cleaning, blowers, actuators, solenoid servicing, etc. Hands-on experience in residential projects (chilled water and refrigeration pipe systems) Conduct site surveys and inspections. Attend shift working when required. Perform the clerical duties as required by the job. Determine sources of malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Respond to emergency calls and performing repairs promptly and efficiently. Keeping daily logs and records for all maintenance functions, and material used. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act, service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Proper feedback to the Team Leader / Supervisor. Good Working relationship and Proper Coordination with the team members. Suggest process improvements. Proper Coordination with the Client. MUST HAVE UAE EXPERIANCE
