HVAC Installer (1–2 Years Experience)
Midstate Plumbing & Heating – Hastings, MN

Midstate Plumbing & Heating is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. If you’ve got 1–2 years of experience and want to work on solid projects with a crew that gets after it, this is your shot.

We’re focused heavily on multifamily and light commercial installs, along with some residential work. You’ll get hands-on experience, steady work, and a team that expects you to pull your own weight.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install HVAC systems in multifamily and commercial projects
• Read and follow blueprints and job specs
• Work alongside lead installers and foremen to hit deadlines
• Keep jobs clean, organized, and on schedule
• Represent Midstate professionally on every job site

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of HVAC install experience (commercial or residential)
• Strong work ethic -show up, be ready, get it done
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and install practices
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
