HVAC Technician Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule our service technicians. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, dispatching technicians efficiently, and keeping jobs on track throughout the day.

You’ll be the main point of communication between our customers and field team, helping ensure smooth operations and great service.

Duties

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments
• Dispatch HVAC technicians based on priority, location, and availability
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Enter and update job details in ServiceTitan
• Support office operations and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

• Dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC preferred)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
