HVAC Technician - Experienced

· Provide preventative maintenance on HVAC and health care environments as well as schools.

· Troubleshoot control systems related to equipment. Experience in building management is a plus but not required.

· Copper brazing, soft soldering experience required.

· Repair, replace motors, compressors and condensing units 3 phase and single phase.

· Service walk-in coolers and freezers.

· Ensure safety and reliability of equipment and systems.

· Complete and maintain accurate and detailed paperwork, including daily updates, parts ordering and any other related item.

· We are a commercial, Industrial service company. We are not a company that offers commission or high pressure sales to technicians. If its broken we fix it. We do not up sale or push products just to fatten our bottom line.

· We do not micro manage our technicians, We expect our technicians to be on time and if there is a complaint we expect it to be followed up with at least 2 ideas on how to correct it from the one with the complaint.

· This is a trade not a job. Your learning never ends.

Requirements -

Must be comfortable in confined spaces and able to climb up and down ladders

· Minimum 1-year experience in HVAC service

· Must have good driving record.

· Must have valid driver's license.

· Must be able to pass criminal background check.

· Demonstrate ability to use current Android/Apple technology for communications and field reporting.

· A willingness to work until the last job of the day is done

· Must be 21+ years old.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
