HVAC Technician-Facilities Management

Job description:

We are currently looking for 3 experienced HVAC Technicians for a permanent project with one of our prestigious clients in Qatar. Candidates are welcome to apply from within Qatar as well as overseas.

Location: Qatar Energy – Dukhan, Doha, Qatar

Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 1,800 + QAR 300 (Food Allowance)
• Accommodation: Provided by the company

• Leave: As per Qatar Labour Law
• Local Candidates: Must have a transferable visa
• Overseas Candidates: Visa and joining air tickets will be provided directly by the company

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance work, including:
• Cleaning coils and filters
• Greasing bearings
• Checking oil, refrigerant, and system levels to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot:
• Mechanical issues (compressors, motors, bearings)
• Electrical issues (wiring, capacitors, controls) using appropriate diagnostic tools
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, and other HVAC parts
• Handle HVAC systems including:
• Central Split ACs
• Split ACs
• Window AC units
• Check refrigerant levels, refill refrigerant gas, and verify operating pressures
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain proper equipment service history
• Prepare and submit daily maintenance and service reports
• Ensure all HVAC-related work is carried out only after obtaining prior approvals
• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures at all times
• A diploma of 1.5 or 2 years in a related field is mandatory.
