HVAC Technician Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking HVAC Technician Helper to support our HVAC team with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC industry, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials to and from job sites and vehicles.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after installations or repairs.
• Handle basic tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and inspecting ductwork.
• Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies on the job site.
• Comply with all safety standards and company policies.
• Provide support during emergency repairs or service calls as needed.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or HVAC is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or heights.
• Must have a Guam Valid driver’s license.
