Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will drive operational excellence, ensuring systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems
• Modify, and upgrade HVAC equipment following schematics and HVAC design plans to meet project specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and schematics to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for mechanical repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Collaborate with team members on HVAC design projects or system upgrades to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.

Skills

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORD.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams,
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment repair procedures involving welding, ohmmeter testing, and component replacement.
• Field service experience with property maintenance or commercial/residential HVAC systems.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; capable of performing precise electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating company vehicles safely across various sites.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
