HVAC Technician Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on field service experience, and the ability to read and interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, excellent customer service, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Strong sales and communication skills are a plus, as this position offers commission opportunities in addition to base compensation. Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, installer, or service technician
• Experience performing HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system installations
• Preventive maintenance experience on residential and commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience or the ability to recommend products/services is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between job sites
• EPA Certification preferred (if applicable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.42 per hour
