Aire Serv of Mechanicsville is based in Aylett and proudly serves King William, King & Queen, Hanover, Ashland, and New Kent. We’re building our team from the ground up and looking for the right technician to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Service residential HVAC systems (diagnostics & repair)
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Assist with and complete system installations, as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service
• Willingness to handle service, maintenance, AND installs when needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just punch a clock

Schedule

• Full-time
