HVAC Technician Residential

The HVAC technician will present the capability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment, present findings, and options to customers, and ensure the satisfaction of each customer you work with. We are looking for a reliable individual who will represent us well in our customer's homes, so customer service skills play a huge role in what we do.

Essential job duties of the HVAC technician:

* General maintenance of HVAC equipment, with an emphasis on residential

* Diagnose and repair problems

* Ability to install new units will be required or willing to learn

Minimum requirements of the HVAC Installer/technician:

* 2+ years experience in the industry

* EPA certification for handling refrigerant or willing to obtain

* Valid Class D Driver’s License

* Mechanical ability and excellent problem solving skills

* Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

* After hours/on-call service availability

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Proficient in use of computer programs and technology related to the position

* Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces

* Well groomed, neat appearance

* Observe all company procedures and safety rules

* Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required

* Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
