HVAC Technician/Forman

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning and testing of new HVAC equipment like split unit, AHU, FAHU, VRF, FCU and air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Capable of doing a service and maintenance of all HVAC equipments.
• Experience in installation and erection of HVAC ducts and piping system.
• Experience in the duct and pipe insulation.
• Troubleshoot compressors, motors, valves, sensors, thermostats, and control panels.
• Replace defective parts and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and clients regarding maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical field.
• Capable of handling all the installation independatly.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC/MEP contracting company
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
