HVAC Technician/Installer

Job Description

• Install/service residential HVAC systems (i.e., central air conditioning, heat pumps, refrigeration, ventilation, and ventilation systems) in residential commercial and industrial settings.
• Work with our on-site install crews to complete all required tasks in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and abilities:

• Ability to read electrical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Ability to interpret basic mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, testing, calibration, and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment (i.e., electric drill, hand saws, measuring devices, etc.)to perform job duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining a clean work area.
• Ability to work overtime as required (including nights and weekends).
• Basic understanding of refrigeration/freezing technology preferred but not required.
