HVAC Technician/Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and system operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and parts used.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe during and after installations or repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems, refrigeration techniques, and welding practices is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents related to HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
