HVAC Installer / Service Technician

About Us

We are a growing HVAC company seeking an experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and extensive experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and electrical/mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components
• Perform duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services
• Conduct furnace tune-ups and maintenance
• Complete AC maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs or services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

MUST have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation and service experience
• Proven experience with:
• Duct cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Furnace installation and maintenance
• Mini-split installation and service
• Air conditioning installation and maintenance
• HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
• Heat pump installation experience and maintenance
