• Hourly: $22-$38/hr
• Spiffs & Commission
• Bonuses: $2000-$12,000
• Earn $100,000-$160,000 A Year, Including Commission & Bonuses!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a goal -oriented mindset
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Be able to pass a background check

The HVAC Technician role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems while providing exceptional service to customers throughout the Greater Kansas City area.

The ideal candidate is a skilled, motivated HVAC technician who excels at solving technical challenges and delivering outstanding customer care. Driven and detail-oriented, this person takes pride in their work and reflects the company’s values of quality and reliability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ products (e.g. air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers) or replacement systems, including new HVAC installations.
• Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Generate estimates and close approved HVAC repairs in the field
• Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software
