Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency through expert service and technical proficiency.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.
• Install new HVAC equipment following schematics and design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and interpret schematics for accurate repairs.
• Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper refrigerant handling, including ammonia refrigeration when applicable.
• Weld or fabricate components as needed for system repairs or modifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields. Minimum FIVE years of experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately.
• Experience with equipment repair, welding, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL or <PERSON> driver certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) technology preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment necessary for troubleshooting.

Pay: $27.00 - $55.00 per hour
