We offer same-day service from top-notch technicians that provide unparalleled customer service. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be knowledgeable in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. We're looking for exceptional service and maintenance technicians to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair. We are busy all year round!

HVAC Service Technician Responsibility's

Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, expansion valves and capillary tubes.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade and a motor vehicle; maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition; maintain parts and tool inventory.

Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Housecall Pro.
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Here is what we are looking for:

2+ years of HVAC experience (preferably in RESIDENTIAL SERVICE REPAIR).

Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.

Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.

Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.).

MUST have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must have EPA Certification

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call (Service Technicians ONLY)
