Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Technician based in the Long Island Area. The HVAC Technician will perform diagnostic and repair services, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive maintenance for all types of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include handling equipment installation, compliance with EPA standards, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail and expertise in managing a variety of Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration systems to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing HVAC system issues
• Proficiency in plumbing and preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and their integration with HVAC systems
• EPA certification and understanding of environmental compliance regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions
• Clean insurable drivers license
• Previous experience in the HVAC field or a vocational training certificate is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and align with company values of quality and customer care
