HVAC Test and Balance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Test, Adjust and Balance Commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Inspect systems, equipment and assemblies to verify compliance
• Replacing system components to achieve optimal system performance
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Some travel with overnight stays
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with all construction project team members

Qualifications:

• NEBB TAB CT preferred but not required.
• Previous experience and knowledge of Test and Balance or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and HVAC control sequences.
• Ability to use a laptop
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving, math and critical thinking skills
• Pass 10 panel drug screen
• Pass criminal background check
• Independent and Self-Motivated.

• Monday to Friday Day shift
• Occasional Night shifts
