Job Description – VRF TechnicianPosition:

Reports To: HVAC Supervisor / FM Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air-conditioning systems, ensuring efficient performance, safety compliance, and minimal equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission VRF systems including indoor/outdoor units and control systems.
• Perform refrigerant piping work, insulation, brazing, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
• Diagnose system faults including communication errors, sensor issues, and inverter/PCB problems.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection and rectification.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per OEM standards.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
• Perform electrical and control wiring installation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain service logs and report system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices, workplace regulations, and environmental standards.
• Support BMS integration & settings adjustments (preferred).
• Handle tools and equipment responsibly (manifold gauge, vacuum pump, micron gauge, multimeter, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in VRF systems (Daikin / Mitsubishi / LG / Samsung preferred).
• Knowledge in refrigerant handling, electrical wiring, control systems, and commissioning procedures.
• Valid UAE HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.

Salary Range & Benefits (Optional for posting)

• Salary: 1800-2000
• Accommodation & Transportation provided
• OT as per UAE Labor Law.
