Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering top-tier service and wants to be part of a high-performing organization. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
• Clearly communicate system issues and recommended solutions
• Work independently while maintaining company standards and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Knowledge of cool cloud hac app
• Utilization of digital gauges
• Understanding the basic refrigerant cycle
• Being familiar with static pressure, airflow, wiring diagram, basic electricity
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
