AAA AC Supply is a franchised wholesale company with 24 branches across the United States and Puerto Rico. AAA AC Supply has partnered with Midea to expand our North American market presence.

For the first time, a global manufacturer and distributor of HVAC equipment and materials is moving into the Tulsa area to make "Air Conditioning Affordable." AAA is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes our own residential and commercial equipment.

AAA is looking for a driven counter and/or warehouse associate in the wholesale space that has the confidence and ambition to grow with a global leader in the HVAC industry. Are you an experienced HVAC expert looking for a counter sales position? This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service, which is a foundational focus at AAA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools. This position requires a minimum of one year of HVAC experience, preferably in a HVAC wholesale role. A family-oriented environment and an amazing support system await you.

Job responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service and support to customer questions/calls

· Prepare/stage/procure orders for clients

· Answer customer inquiries regarding HVAC products, pricing, availability, and general technical support.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and expert advice.

· Assist branch manager with inventory control, receiving shipments, and deliveries when needed

· Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Assist with restocking the showroom and warehouse.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma is required. Some college or trade school education is a plus.

· Valid Driver’s License

· Proven performance in the HVAC industry and knowledge of HVAC products

· Strong sales acumen

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
