Hvac/Plumbing Bim Modeler

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC & Plumbing BIM Modeler to join our MEP BIM team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and capable of developing accurate, coordinated BIM models for HVAC and Plumbing systems in compliance with UAE standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC and Plumbing systems using Revit
• Model ductwork, chilled water, condenser water, refrigerant piping, water supply, drainage, storm water, and equipment
• Link and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models
• Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes through multidisciplinary coordination
• Prepare mechanical shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details from BIM models
• Update models and drawings based on site conditions, RFIs, and issued revisions
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, project specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Assist in generating schedules, quantity take-offs, and BOQs
• Support project teams during design development and construction stages

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC & Plumbing BIM Modeler (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical)
• Good understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems, duct sizing, pipe routing, and coordination practices
• Experience with clash detection tools (Navisworks preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and project standards
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary BIM team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reference and coordination
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, IPC, UPC, and local authority standards is an advantage
