HVAC/Plumbing Customer Service Representative

We're growing and hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, to join our team.

This role is the first impression of our company, and we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great energy to the team.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers (15–100+ calls per day depending on demand)
• Provide a friendly, upbeat, and professional phone presence
• Use ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and customer records
• Stay organized and keep schedules running efficiently
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Experience using a CRM system (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Self-starter who wants to work and stay busy
• Comfortable making outbound calls — not afraid to pick up the phone
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Standard schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday
• Potential for rotating schedules or Saturdays after training
• Optional 4-day workweeks (4x10s) may be available over time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
