HVAC/Plumbing Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled, routed, and supported while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to job sites efficiently
• Schedule service calls and manage daily/weekly technician routes
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software (such as Viewpoint Spectrum)
• Create and process invoices and purchase orders
• Perform data entry and ensure all job information is up to date
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure timely job completion

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching experience (HVAC or plumbing industry preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with CRM systems (Viewpoint Spectrum or similar preferred)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of service scheduling and routing logistics
• Experience with invoicing and purchase order creation
• Familiarity with construction or service industry operations
