HVAC/R Technician

Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented HVAC/R Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a career in the HVAC/R industry and gain hands-on experience in property maintenance and service technician roles. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced technicians, learning to troubleshoot and maintain various systems while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
• Utilize tools such as a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functionality of equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and design plans to understand system layouts and requirements.
• Support property maintenance tasks, ensuring that all mechanical systems are operating efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of residential or commercial HVAC/R service experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC/R principles is required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and property maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and design documents effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record. .
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Pre-Employment drug test is required. .
