HVACR Technician

Toto’s Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial heating and air conditioning services as well as Commercial refrigeration to local homes and business since 1992.

We have an immediate position available for a qualified, dedicated technician who can work independently.

To serve our customer's needs in a timely manner, we stay mainly in our local area. So, extensive travel is not expected.

The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician will troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install various commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment. If the right candidate does not have experience in both HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration, we will provide training and support in the needed area.

The right candidate will meet the following job qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technical School preferred
• EPA certification preferred.
• 4 or more years of proven experience with either Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Installation or Commerical Refrigeration Service, Maintenance and Installation. Experience working with R290 refrigerant a plus.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to climb ladders and lift objects 50+ pounds
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers
• Professional appearance
• Must have clean, safe driving record
• Must possess tools needed
