Experienced HVAC/Refrigeration technicians wanted for two areas: Orange County and Los Angeles County

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Service

· Install, trouble shoot, repair and calibrate commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units.

· Perform preventative maintenance and make needed repair recommendations

· Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report.

Customer Service – Internal/External

· Consult with customers regarding problems or issues discovered while servicing their system.

· Assist in evaluating new and existing customer accounts.

· Coordinate scheduled start and stop time with Service Manager.

· Submit all manual and electronic work orders, along with misc paperwork at the completion of each day’s work.

· Work closely with assigned Service Manager to make sure customers’ needs are being fulfilled to their expectation and in a timely manner

· Obtain and record on work ticket, and communicate to vendor an appropriate purchase order number when purchasing job-related parts and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25-$50 per hour, DOE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
• Degree or certificate from HVAC/R technical program or vocational school preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC/R Technician field experience
• Must live within 30 miles of location of position listed
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• EPA Certificate
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays - if needed
• Ability to pass criminal background check and federal drug screening
