Hybrid Dispatcher-Driver

Job Description:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate routes, monitor driver locations using GPS and dispatch software. Update sheets with accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery times.
Drive assigned routes to deliver Ag products when needed.
Job Requirements:
Be able to drive semi with 53' belt trailer into and out of potato cellars and when no driving be able to Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate routes based on business needs. Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary
Communicate effectively with Drivers when dispatching to reduce issues and provide updates on routes.
Wage Range: 50000.00 - 70000.00 per year
